The journey of STACH began in the heart of Amsterdam in 2011, with a simple yet bold idea. To create a place where good food, great coffee, cool brands, and local creativity come together.
Founded by Stach Schaberg on Van Woustraat in Amsterdam, STACH quickly grew into much more than a delicatessen shop. It became a hotspot for fresh, fast, trendy, and flavorful food and drinks. Our Fabulous Foodshop was born.
In the years that followed, STACH developed into a vibrant chain with 40 locations in and around Amsterdam, loved by locals, tourists, and office workers.
Driven by a strong ambition to grow, we recently opened two new stores in Paris. In the coming period, the focus is on introducing the unique STACH concept to even more vibrant cities across Western Europe.
